Tõlkimisel The Sherman-profi V5a automatic welding helmet is designed to protect the eyes and face from sparks, spatter and harmful radiation during electric and gas welding, braze welding, soldering, oxygen cutting and grinding. The automatic blackout filter automatically changes from light to dark after ignition of the arc, and becomes bright again after welding. The V5a helmet has two external knobs that allow you to adjust the shade level from 4 to 13 according to DIN and smooth adjustment of the sensitivity of the photosensors' response to the intensity of the arc during welding, as well as two external switches that allow you to adjust the delay time of the dark/light switching and change the operating mode. The blackout filter has the highest optical class, ensuring full safety of the welder. It is equipped with four photosensors, which is particularly important when welding with low currents. Thanks to the large 100 x 62mm visor, the V5a has an exceptionally large field of view. In addition, the blackout filter can be completely tilted, which significantly increases the viewing angle and is particularly useful when performing precision tasks or working in adverse lighting conditions. The V5a helmet is equipped with an advanced, comfortable and ergonomic headgear, allowing for a perfect fit and full adjustment of the visor position. A special tilt system changes the center of gravity of the helmet in relation to the welder's head. When the grinding function is selected, the blackout filter switches to the light state without the option to adjust the darkness. On the internal control panel there is a "Test" button that allows you to check the battery charge status and the correct operation of the blackout filter. In terms of technological advancement, technical parameters and quality of workmanship, the visor is comparable to products from companies such as Speedglas, Optrel, etc.
