I feel you on this. I've been eating 1900 calories for four weeks and have continually, slowly (is 10lbs/month slow?) lost weight. Only the beginning! Yeah man no problem unless you like the arms to be super open and a real loose jacket some people like that fit but if I were you I’d go medium I’m 5’10 and 200 lbs and the medium fits with some good room for me still. I personally don’t think I look frail.
